Фабрика Lamborghini в коммуне Сант-Агата-Болоньезе, простаивающая без дела уже более полутора месяцев (завод закрыли на карантин 13 марта), готовится возобновить работу в понедельник – 4 мая. А уже в четверг итальянцы планируют провести онлайн-презентацию неназванной модели – так говорится в недавно опубликованном пресс-релизе.
Ожидать дебюта нового имени точно не стоит. В компании неоднократно заявляли: принципиальное расширение линейки состоится не раньше середины десятилетия. Таким образом, 7 мая нам продемонстрируют свежую модификацию одной из существующих моделей. В портфолио итальянцев значатся суперкары Aventador и Huracan, а также кроссовер Urus.

Обращаясь к недавним заявлениям Lamborghini, из списка «подозреваемых» можно смело вычеркивать Aventador: несмотря на почтенный возраст флагмана, итальянцы не планировали никаких экспериментов с моделью. А новое поколение гиперкара дебютирует лишь в 2024-м. В компании даже не определились, стоит ли оставить преемнику могучий V12 или перейти на более экологичные «восьмёрки», разрабатываемые ребятами из Porsche.
Huracan или Urus? Шансы этих двоих мы оцениваем как 50 на 50. Возможно, в четверг покрывало сдернут с лютой версии «Уракана» под названием Super Trofeo Omologato (STO), представляющую облегченную на 150 кг вариацию Huracan Perfomante с доработанной аэродинамикой. Однако не стоит исключать и возможного дебюта гибридного «Уруса». А ещё итальянцы могут выкатить дорожную версию его монокубковой версии ST-X.

Automobili Lamborghini prepares to restart production on May 4 with people-safety foremost
Sant’Agata Bolognese, 30 April 2020 – Automobili Lamborghini is set to resume its production activities from 4 May, in accordance with the Italian Prime Minister’s decree of 26 April. The Sant-Agata Bolognese company is currently completing all preparatory measures to ensure its people return to work in conditions of maximum safety.
While company activities were temporarily suspended, Lamborghini repurposed some of its departments to produce medical protection masks and visors for St. Orsola Hospital in Bologna, and established a partnership with SIARE Engineering International Group for co-engineering and manufacturing breathing simulators.
The preparation for the 4 May reopening has been the subject of ongoing discussion and definition within the Joint Committee of the Company and Trade Unions on the COVID-19 emergency, set up in the wake of the temporary suspension of company activities on March 13. Over the last weeks, the parties have worked together on a precise safety protocol governing the procedures for returning to work and the equipment to be used in order to ensure the maximum safety of Lamborghini’s workforce, starting with a comprehensive educational campaign.
